Refuge de Basse Vallée (Gîte)

Directions: Head towards Saint-Philippe and then take the Office National des Forêts forestry road which is situated behind the church in Basse Vallée. Drive up the road for 8 km. Accessible on foot from the Gîte du Volcan, with varied landscapes and views of the sea and the Sud Sauvage (Wild South) region. You can also return to Saint-Philippe by taking a forestry road from the Gîte de Basse Vallée.
